Corazza is world leading manufacturer of packaging machines for Stock Cubes, Processed Cheese, Butter, Margarine and Yeast. Founded by Natalino Corazza in Bologna in 1954, since its very beginning Corazza manufactured Paste Soup Cube dosing and wrapping machines, developing then similar lines for Portioned Cheese and Butter, products that share with the soup cubes the paste consistency and the typical wrapping materials. Over 1,000 Corazza processed cheese packaging lines have been installed since then.

Corazza manufactures complete packaging lines for processed, cream and fresh cheese in triangular and square portions, paste soup cubes and hotel style butter portions, from dosing to final packaging, and form-fill-seal machines for cardboard cases and trays.

The FR200 product bundling and tray packing machine combines the reduced overall dimensions - is an appreciated
feature - with the fact of being an easy-to-run and longlasting machine.
The machine is well suited to any working environments as it is manufactured by employing inoxidable materials.
The main movements driven by step motors guarantee high flexibility, quick size Change-over operations, and require
poor and easy maintenance. The bundle forming operations by an up-down movement, the bundle insertion into the
'U'-shape lid as well as the bundle feeding to tray closing section are completely guided, ensuring a proper pack
arrangement.
The subsequent operation consists in the wrap-around formation of the tray bottom deriving from open flat blanks.
The application of glue spots to fix the lid onto the bottom completes the machine process. The FR200 erects bottom/
lid packs that are formed by display tray bottom and 'U'-shape lid. The achieved package style is ready to be palletized
and shipped and, besides this, can be easily shown at the selling point as a display box.
